Our guitars are injection molded at 600°F under 420 tons of pressure. Polycarbonate reinforced with glass fiber strands gives the instruments a natural grain structure that greatly increases strength and acoustics. Outdoor Guitars are available in carbon fiber polycarbonate (bright tone) and brown glass fiber polycarbonate (warm tone).

The Outdoor Guitar™ has a 20" scale length, bolt-on neck, and compensated saddle for each string.  strings, and a reusable box. Precision horn-shaped string slots have single-point termination and provide an unstrained transition to the tuning machines.
